DescriptionA publication for the employees of the Employment Security Division of the KDL. The Windstorm publishes monthly and this one covers the damage done during the '66 tornado. Includes images of the damage to the Topeka Local Office as well as descriptions. On the back it includes a message from the director that offers sympathy to those who lost anything, news about the destruction of their office and the temporary office spaces, and appreciation to those who stepped in to help.
